Joy and her husband, Jake, and puppy, Sugar, live in Fairfield Harbour where they have built three homes. She is very active in her church, St. Paul’s, in the New Bern Garden Club as a flower show judge, and at Tryon Palace as a tour guide. In the New Bern Board of Realtors, she is Trade Show Committee, as well as, a member of the Education Committee.

Marcia Wernecke
Marcia comes from a marketing
and sales background with a Dunn & Bradstreet advertising firm. She was
the President of the New Bern Board of Realtors for 2004 and received the “Realtor
of the Year” award. Marcia currently serves as a Director of the New Bern
Board of Realtors and
Chair of the Newsletter Committee. Both Marcia and Joy have been
members of the Million Dollar Roundtable for over five years.
